General terms

Your booking is secured as soon as both parties (you and our reservation desk) receive written confirmation by e-mail. To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit, to be paid by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. We also offer you the chance to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover loss of deposit and/or cancellation penalties in case unexpected circumstances force you to cancel your trip, leave early or arrive later than expected, or in case you require mountain rescue services (helicopter pick-up service included). We recommend making appointments for your treatments at the time of booking. Cancellation if free of charge if you cancel your appointment at least 24 before. After that time, treatments will be fully charged on the room.

Check-in & check-out

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival  and up to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is available on request, but subject to availability and at a charge.

Cancellation policy

Anti-Covid period:

During this sensitive period we will apply the following flexible cancellation policies.

General conditions:

In compliance with EU regulations and unless otherwise agreed, the following penalties apply in case of cancellation of the whole reservation (percentages refer to the total booking price):  

  • up to 30 days from expected arrival: 0%
  • 29 to 15 days prior to expected arrival: 30%
  • 14 to 7 days prior to expected arrival: 50%
  • 6 days or less prior to expected arrival/no-show: 100%

The booking price is charged in full in case of delayed arrival and early departure or change of the dates of arrival or departure.

* For reservations of groups, the cancellation policy will be agreed upon confirmation.

Payment method

We accept payments by cash till Euro 5.000,00, cheque, debit card and credit card (except American Express and Diners Club).


The rates shown are per person per night and include the ¾-board arrangement consisting of breakfast, a hearty afternoon snack, a 4-course gourmet dinner and a welcome aperitiv on Sunday (beverages excluded). Deductions of Euro 25,00 are applied for the bed-and-breakfast arrangement. Rates do not include the local tourist tax, amounting to Euro 3,80 per night per person - children under 14 years of age are exempt. 


Single occupancy supplement: 30% to 100% of double occupancy rates.



  • Dogs are welcome subject to prior notice at the time of booking (limited available number - we inform you tha we set a maximum number of 2 pets we can host in our Hotel at the same time)
  • A daily fee of Euro 15,00 per dog applies to cover cleaning expenses
  • On arrival, your 4-legged friend will find a courtesy kit with a blanket and bowl waiting for them in your room; please remember to bring any other pet accessory you may need during your stay
  • To avoid any possible inconvenience, please keep your dog on a leash at all times, both inside the hotel and in the outdoor areas including the car park, playground and terrace
  • Pets accompanied by their owners are welcome at the bar and in the main hall; however, they are not allowed to enter other common areas including the dining hall, stube, playroom, fitness studio, wellness area and spa
  • Please be informed that hotel linen – i.e. bed linen, towels, napkins etc. - may not be used for pets and pets should under no circumstances be allowed to sit, stand or lie on the beds, sofas, chairs, tables etc. In the event that beds or linen are found to be soiled or damaged, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the damaged goods
  • For safety reason, the cleaning staff will not be cleaning rooms where pets have been left unattended. If you are in your room at the time the cleaning staff show up, we ask that you kindly keep your dog on a leash. To facilitate organisation, please inform reception of your most convenient time for room cleaning
  • Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room for more than two consecutive hours (day and night)
  • Dogs can only be accommodated in limited room typologies, so we kindly ask you to contact Reception directly to check availability
