Our ¾ board includes:
- A RICH BREAKFAST BUFFET from 7:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with croissants, various breakfast cereals, various fresh fruits, sausages and cheeses from South Tyrol, first-class local yoghurts and jams, freshly prepared egg dishes by our chefs and much more;
- A strengthening AFTERNOON SNACK from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with desserts and apple strudel, warm soups, sausages and cheeses as well as salads;
- DINNER WITH 3 MENUS TO CHOOSE FROM, including a vegetarian option, with salad buffet and cheese selection;
- The WEEKLY HIGHLIGHTS include the welcome aperitif with tasty snacks and the following Gala dinner on Sunday evening, the Ladin dinner on Thursday evening, and an enticing dessert buffet on Friday evening.
