The particular moment that we all are facing, far from our affections, from our freedoms, from nature gave a different value to our priorities and forced us to change many of our habits. Hoping that this period will soon pass, we can slowly think about taking back our daily lives and return to appreciate what really does us good and reach the places we love so much. Dear Guests, we would like to inform you that we will anticipate the opening for the summer season, and from 10.06.2021 we will be waiting for you to spend your precious holidays together! At the moment the health of all of you, your families and our team has become our priority! For this reason, we will commit ourselves to implement the anti-contagion measures provided for our area as well as personalized measures in order to guarantee maximum safety. With this in mind, we try to maintain and offer you all the services that are published on our internet pages (the general information of our sites will not be changed for this period) but with some variations due to safety regulations, and in any case always with the quality that characterizes us, so as to make you spend a peaceful holiday. Also this year we can offer you a fantastic and carefree stay in the Dolomites!


The health of our guests and that of our staff are the priorities that guide our decisions on a daily basis. This is why we adapted to current regulations and implemented personalized measures based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) in order to guarantee you a regenerating and peaceful holiday, far from the worries and fears that characterized the last few months. To this end, we decided to work with the utmost transparency and to publish our safety protocol, which will be updated and lightened on the basis of developments in the current health situation which we are constantly monitoring on various fronts.

  • all our staff will wear safety devices such as masks and gloves to guarantee their own safety and that of our guests
  • Disinfectant gel devices available to guests in various areas of the House
  • our spaces allow guaranteed safety distances in the common areas
  • Plexiglas dividers in the contact areas to avoid any type of contagion


  • regular ventilation and rigorous sanitization with certified equipment in rooms, bars, beauty shops, restaurants and contact points
  • regular disinfection of the major contagion areas such as switches, handles and doors, counters, etc.
  • Cristallo Clean Room seal to indicate that no one has accessed the room after the cleaning procedure


Our food and beverage areas are very large and allow you to maintain the safety distances required by current legislation. In order to increase security we will:

  • offer the lunch-bistrot service in the garden (for the summer season)
  • offer room service (by reservation)
  • place Plexiglas dividers in the buffet areas where customers can take what they prefer in complete safety 


  • Our miniclub for the little ones will be supervised by a specialized staff who will monitor the application of the safety protocols regarding the maximum number of children. 
  • Outdoor playground to enjoy a holiday in the nature to the fullest
  • Indoor pool with whirpool and bathing island 


In accordance with law nr. 105/2021, the Green Pass is required for access to the wellness area (excluding children under 12 years).

According to current legislation, we can guarantee the opening of the  indoor pool and "infinity outdoor pool" with heated whirlpool, this will be possible thanks to the antibacterial chlorine, which will be used. The panoramic saunas and the turkish bath (adult only) can be used with only a few limitations regarding the maximum number of people present and the distance between them. The treatments of our beauty will be regularly offered guaranteeing safety standards.


During this period we apply flexible and penalty-free cancellation conditions. In case of a new lock down, quarantine or in case of an infection inside the family (medical certificate required) the deposit will be refunded in full without any cancellation penalty until the day of arrival.

For personal reasons the reservation can be cancelled free of charge within the following terms:

  • 7 days before arrival for reservations with arrival during the months of June, July, September and October
  • 30 days before arrival for reservations with arrival during the month of August


The size of our hotel, with large indoor and outdoor spaces, especially allows you to distance yourself from other guests without giving up the services offered. It will be possible to take advantage of all our services and participate in the activities provided by our weekly program (walks, tastings, barbecues, etc.), which will be carried out by keeping in mind the safety measures necessary to make you live unforgettable moments. For this reason, changes due to the spacing rules will be possible. Our staff, who will be subjected to daily temperature measurement before entering service, will be adequately and specifically trained and promptly updated in order to always guarantee knowledge and compliance with safety protocols. 

We are aware that information and safety provisions are changing every day, and we understand the insecurity that this can create in planning your holidays. We are closely monitoring the development of this situation to give you maximum security.
