PRICES:
The prices refer to each person and a day for a minimum stay of two nights, and include half board. In case of "bed & breakfast" accommodation we apply a reduction of 15,00 Euro.
 
ROOMS:
We inform that the different room categories can present some differences comared to the pictures showed in this web page.
 
SUPPLEMENTS:
Double room for single use: 80% supplement
Garage: 10,00 Euro a day
Internet access: gratis
Pic-Nic in our mountain chalet: 17,00 Euro

REDUCTIONS:
Children who share the room with two adults paying the whole rate will have the reductions mentioned in the section “Little guests” on this web page.
 
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
The room will be at your disposal from 01.00 p.m. on your arrival day.
We ask you to inform the hotel if you intend to arrive later than 8 pm. We also kindly ask you to program your departure so that the room will be free from 10.00 a.m..

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
The booking is confirmed after the payment of a deposit consisting of the 30% of the whole amount of your stay. This can be done through bank check, bank transfer or credit card.

CANCELATION TERMS:
In case of earlier departure or postponed arrival we ask the payment of the booked period. In case of cancelation of the booking we keep the whole amount of the deposit.
 
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept payments in cash, check, Mastercard and credit cards (except American Express and Diners Club).

PETS:
Pets are accepted apon specific request and in case of availability of rooms with wooden floors. For hygienic reasons animals are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel (restaurant, spa, beauty…).

BEAUTY FARM:
For information about beauty treatments, baths and massages ask for our detailed beauty program. We suggest you book the treatments in advance, when you confirm your room. We accept cancelations within 24 hours the established time. After that we will charge you with the treatment anyway
